1. Acceptance of Terms

Clause 1.1

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the hk222 platform available at hk222.io (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Clause 1.2

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Your continued use of hk222 following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. hk222 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication on this page.

Clause 1.3

Clause 3.2 — One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Clause 3.3 — Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. hk222 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

Clause 3.4 — Jurisdictional Responsibility

Players access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

4. Account Management

Clause 4.1 — Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hk222 username and password. You agree to notify hk222 support immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. hk222 will never request your password via any communication channel.

Clause 4.2 — Account Activity

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions conducted through your Account are deemed to have been authorised by you. hk222 shall not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take adequate security precautions or failed to report a known or suspected breach in a timely manner.

Clause 4.3 — Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. hk222 reserves the right to levy an inactivity administration fee on dormant accounts and to close accounts that have remained inactive for twenty-four (24) months or more, subject to applicable notice requirements.

Clause 4.4 — Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting hk222 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Clause 5.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

hk222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select partner banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. Clause 5.2 — Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Clause 5.3 — Withdrawal Processing

Clause 5.4 — Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your hk222 Account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. hk222 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities as required. hk222 may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

Clause 5.5 — Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute against a deposit made to your hk222 Account is considered a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, hk222 reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account, reverse any pending withdrawals, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount by all available means.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Clause 6.1 — Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers on hk222 are available exclusively to eligible registered Players who have completed the required registration and, where applicable, KYC verification steps. hk222 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withhold, modify, or cancel any bonus in cases of suspected abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

Clause 6.2 — Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is thirty-five (35) times the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.

Clause 6.3 — Bonus Expiry

Clause 6.4 — Abuse & Exploitation

Where abuse is detected, hk222 reserves the right to confiscate Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and take further action as appropriate.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

Clause 7.1 — Game Integrity

Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. hk222 does not alter, adjust, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a discrepancy between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for betting purposes. hk222 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or verifiably incorrect odds.

Clause 7.3 — Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies across markets.

Clause 7.4 — Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or communication error during a game session, hk222 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the session to its last known valid state. hk222 does not guarantee continuity of service and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages or third-party platform failures.

8. Responsible Gaming

Clause 8.2 — Self-Exclusion

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hk222 Platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game content, and trade marks, is the exclusive property of hk222 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of hk222. Unauthorised use of hk222 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hk222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if hk222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hk222's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 10.3

hk222 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, network outages, or third-party service failures.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Clause 11.1

hk222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at hk222.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Clause 11.2

hk222 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player financial data is stored in accordance with applicable data security standards. hk222 does not sell, rent, or disclose personal data to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process transactions through our payment partners.

12. Amendments & Termination

Clause 12.1 — Right to Amend

hk222 may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for fraudulent conduct, for failure to comply with KYC requirements, or for any other reason hk222 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform and its Players.

Clause 12.3 — Governing Principles

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with principles of fair dealing and good faith. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through hk222's standard support escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. hk222 operates as a fair and transparent platform and is committed to resolving all Player disputes in a timely and equitable manner.

Clause 12.4 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.

Clause 12.5 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hk222 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
